Hi, I’m Yasmine!
I know what it’s like to succeed everywhere in life, yet still feel stuck and defeated when it comes to your body.
For years, I struggled with food, exercise and a self-critical mindset. I felt like I was constantly chasing unattainable results.
Through my own journey, I discovered the problem wasn’t me, but the systems I had been conditioned to follow. When I learned how to finally approach fitness and nutrition in a way that served - not punished - me, the strength I built in the gym translated to strength in my life. After years of struggling, I finally felt confident in my own skin and capable of anything.
Today, as a Certified Life & Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, and Intuitive Eating Counselor, I help women do the same, to stop struggling, rebuild trust with their bodies, and create lives they are in love with.
