Before coaching, I spent over a decade in corporate finance — now I get to do what I love most: helping women transform their lives from the inside out.
Hey, I’m Yasmine.
And I know what it’s like to feel stuck, frustrated, and defeated when it comes to your body.
For years, I chased results that never lasted, jumping from diets to cardio to strict routines, only to find myself right back at the beginning. I told myself I needed more willpower, but deep down, I was just exhausted.
Eventually, I realized the problem wasn’t me, it was the systems I’d been following.
The industry pushes short-term fixes, quick results, and perfectionism, leaving women exhausted, frustrated, and disconnected from their own strength. I knew there had to be a better way.
My turning point came when I started doing the work differently — recovering from an eating disorder, healing my relationship with food, rebuilding strength in the gym, and unlearning the belief that my worth depended on how I looked.
That’s when I discovered something powerful: lasting change doesn’t come from restriction or guilt. It comes from self-connection, consistency, and building strength from the inside out.
That’s why I started Conquer.
I wanted to create a system that actually works. One that helps women feel strong, confident, and capable without losing themselves in the process. Strength isn’t the goal — it’s the result of living in alignment with your body, mind and purpose.
Today, I combine my lived experience and professional training to help women:

I’m a proud aunt to three amazing nieces who keep me humble and laughing.
I didn’t grow up playing sports, I’m a late bloomer who learned to ski and picked up tennis in my 30s.
I’m a cat mom to a Siamese fur baby named Rani, who’s been by my side through my entire transformation.
Dark chocolate, adventures in nature, and my incredible husband (thanks, internet!) are my forever obsessions.
