Conquer is for women who want structure, accountability, and compassionate support, and are willing and ready to put in the work.   • Everyone’s journey is unique, so timelines vary. Transformation depends on your starting point, consistency, and engagement. You get out of it what you put in. I can give you the tools, but I can’t make you implement them. That said, I won’t sugarcoat it. It’s going to take longer than you think. Those who trust the process and stay consistent are the ones who see real, lasting results. Coaching isn’t about overnight change, it’s about creating transformation that lasts.

  • Yes, but it depends on your current situation. Those with eating disorders will have a custom and unique coaching approach based on the principles of Intuitive Eating. That means no counting calories, macros, or a meal plan . If you’re in acute medical or psychiatric treatment, we may collaborate once you’re medically stable. Your safety and well-being are always the priority.

  • If you’re looking for a coach promising a magic solution, I’m not the right fit. But if you’re ready to work with your body and respect its natural changes, I’d be happy to work with you.

    While I don’t provide medical treatment, I help women navigate hormonal changes with practical, sustainable strategies, not magic fixes. The same basic nutrition and movement principles still apply, but the key is learning to work with your body, not against it, and honoring its natural changes. True results come from consistent habits and accepting our bodies as they age, not quick fixes or chasing a body you had when you were 20 years younger.

  • I do not work with clients taking weight loss medications.

  • Your metabolism isn’t broken. Your daily caloric expenditure changes as you go through different life stages. With the right approach to nutrition, movement, and lifestyle, you can reach your goals.

    If you’re looking for quick fixes or magic solutions, I may not be the right coach for you. But if you’re ready to implement sustainable strategies on a consistent basis and have realistic expectations, I can help you feel strong, capable, and in control of your health, while honoring your current life stage.
